Returns & Refunds Policy
It is Kind Hamper Co’s policy to ensure each hamper is supplied to our customers with the upmost care and precaution so that nothing is damaged upon arrival.
In the unlikely event your hamper is damaged upon delivery, you will need to notify Kind Hamper co within 2 business days of receiving your hamper and be able to send photographs of your damaged goods so we can better understand the damages to avoid this in the future. Once this is received, we can process the exchange, return or refund for you.
If you choose to get a refund of the damaged goods, we can only refund with the original form of payment used. Please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to be processed.
Once your order is processed and dispatched, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange due to change of mind.
